Charges of this category are applied exclusively for designated fulfilment purposes and are not transferable to other accounts.
Fulfilment charges are determined and settled in accordance with the platform's published rules and, where applicable, the formal invoice issued by the logistics service provider.
Any difference between a preliminary estimate and the final settled amount shall be processed in accordance with the platform's published rules. Users may review the relevant records through their account.
Payments for fulfilment charges shall only be made through the payment channels officially published on the 135now website.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be returned through the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment institution.
Shipment protection is provided by third-party underwriters through a registration service facilitated by 135now. 135now does not act as an insurer and holds no claim-decision authority. Please refer to the Shipment Protection Rules for details.
